My handcrafted brandies are a selection of exquisite and regional fruits and nuts. Crisp and juicy apples, sun-kissed pears, fragrant apricots, … – every bottle captures the essence of nature.

I attach great importance to a traditional distillation method. Careful selection and gentle processing of the fruit results in brandies that will delight you with their purity and fruity intensity. Every drop contains my love of detail and my striving for perfection. This is how every brandy reveals its best flavor nuances.

The brandy is obtained exclusively through alcoholic fermentation and subsequent distillation of pure fruit. The alcohol must come 100% from the eponymous fruit. Of course, no additives are allowed in the brandy – only water to adjust the drinking strength.
